Triglycerides level is affected when subject is not fasting and the level is higher with non-fasting state. Please note that its normal range is reported for the non fasting status. In summary, your test result is normal. Take care.

The most accurate triglyceride levels occur after fasting 8 to 12 hours, and also triglycerides can be elevated if 24 hours before testing someone has fatty food
