It is only important if relatively high lymphocyte count is persistent and getting higher with serial lab tests. Your total white blood cell count is not high and it is not unusual to encounter lymphocytosis without an apparent cause when having routine blood test done. Your underlying urinary tract disease has nothing to do with this finding. Good luck.

One abnormal value without other concurrent abnormal values or findings is non specific and meaningless. If there was a problem you ordering/ treating doc would have addressed it . If still worried pl call them to explain.
