Plan for each: You have a variety of symptoms, some of which may be related ... others not. I don't think there is one diagnosis that explains all of your symptoms. You need to work closely with a doctor you have confidence in to diagnose and properly treat all of these. Don't get discouraged .... wonder about smoking with the high neutrophils. If so, this is a good place to start. Good wishes:)
