A member asked:

Hi, i got the lab results that the absolute lymphocytes: 4141 cell/ul (normal range 850-3900), it flagged high. lymphocytes 45.5% (normal flag). everything else normal. wbc 9.1 and neutrophils 45.3%. im worrying about my absolute lym, please help?

This slight elevation of absolute lymphocytes may be insignificant in view of the otherwise normal values At least leukemia is ruled out. If you're feeling fine,,it doesn't appear that an inflammatory process is present either. You could repeat the white blood cell count to be sure.
