If that area is enlarged when you strain or cough then you may have an inguinal hernia. Varicocele can't be ruled out, either. You should see a doctor for confirmation but this is not an urgent issue unless sudden and persistent pain occurs. Good luck.

Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
Shock pain into tip of penis. Occasionally tickly like at same spot. Side of penis itches no lesions. Some pain at times in pelvis, scrotum and testicles. Std negative, normal urine test. Ultrasound normal. Cytoscopy normal. HPV cause this?
