Bell clapper deformity is painful right? my left testicle is facing a completely different direction (downwards) & the veins that connect up towards my penis feel like theyre being pulled. this is also coupled with dull pain in my groin and leg?

See Dr or ER: these symptoms could possibly due to testicular torsion, where the testicle twists on itself. The problem is that this cuts off the blood supply. A Dr exam & ultrasound can usually make this diagnosis or determine if something else going on.
