I have pain in my knee, and i think its runners knee. can you describe the specific symptoms of this? can i keep training on it?

Female athletes are prone to overuse knee injury due to femoral anteversion Wider hips than males. Pronation or flattening of the arch is usually present. An arch support might help. Seeing a podiatrist and having a custom orthotic will help your alignment especially if wanting to be a serious runner. With proper shoes and orthotics you can run for years
