How often should i do rehab exercises for my "runner's knee"?

Depends: What did your physical therapist or physician prescribe? Best to follow the home exercise program prescribed. However, strengthening exercises (with weights or just using your body weight) are every other day (allowing a day for rest and recovery), so 3 days per week. You should stretch daily though holding each stretch for 30 sec - use your watch as tendency to think your done in 15 or 20 sec.

Runner's knee: At least 3 times a week, but daily would be better.
