How long does it take for a testicle to shrink? im unsure if its shrinking or my mind is playing tricks. how small is too small ? would need to know if its been shrinking if i was getting it checked?

First of all, is there a good reason to worry about the size of testicle? If your testicle is as small as 8-y-o's, prepubertal boy's, then it is too small. If you have a varicocele of stage III or higher, shrinking could happen. Testicular size is accurately measured by orchidometer.

The testicle does not shrink unless its blood vessels are compromised and in conditions like mumps infection or after severe inflammation. It takes many months to do so. So pl don't panick and see a Urologist to see if everything there is OK Good luck
