It is an OTC product with a very low concentration of lithium and the low lithium level seems consistent so whatever symptom(s) she has had is (are) likely not the symptom of lithium toxicity (lithemia means the lithium concentration in blood), unless she is also taking some other medications which may cause interaction. By the way, what' re her symptoms and what other med(s) she is taking?
