Magnesium : Various forms of magnesium. Magnesium glycinate, malate and aspartate are more water soluable and tend to be more beneficial for muscles. Magnesium orotate, threonate and tartate are all more lipid soluable and do get into the brain better. Some providers comine the water soluable and fat souable magnesium in the same product. This makes sense.
