Was on dilatrend 25mg daily. had bp spikes, became on dilatrend 12.5mg & ziorel 75mg. feeling unwell after ziorel pill& bp is low. stopped ziorel but bp still low?

Ziorel is a long acting drug so it effects may last for more than 24 hours. You can reduce the dose of dilatrend to one a day if systolic pressure less than 110 than resuming twice a day when systolic pressure is above 120. If systolic pressure is less than 100 (less likely by your history) then you can cut the dilatrend in half with the next dose. Take care.
