I took ssri pill 10mg one time and experienced bad side effects and panic attack, so i stopped taking them. after 2 days i'm still feeling odd and tired. how long will this feeling last? is it possible that one pill could have made a damage?

The "half-life" for the effects of ingested SSRI medications are almost all greater than "two days", but any effects should soon be diminished to absent. See the physician who prescribed the SSRI for guidance.
