Beta blocker would mask symptoms but not the diagnostic test of measuring adrenaline/non-adrenaline metabolites in urine.

Your Body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Share with your Drs and you all will figure it out. Best to have a blood or urine test for Pheo to see if this VERY RARE problem is what is bothering you. Most are diagnosed at autopsy and some are rarely the cause of death. One was found in Eisenhower's autopsy but he never had symptoms that his Drs knew about..
