CT scans are useful in diagnosing medical problems. Your Dr will weigh the risks versus benefits of having multiple CT's. More important is your lifetime risk from CT's. If you are needing these every year or more, then you might want to discuss the risks with your Dr.

Modern CAT scans are very fast and expose one to minimal irradiation. Fears of cancer are way overblown. But you do not mention your situation or why you fear the future. Yes, do discuss your particulars with your doctor.
