Can i receive a kidney transplant with thyroid disease?

If either hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism are well controlled by medication,I don't think these conditions would disqualify you for a kidney transplant. It would call for collaboration between your endocrinologist and transplant team before and after transplant surgery.
