Most likely not: Massive proteinuria is usually due to nephrotic syndrome which mainly get managed by high dose of steroids and immunosuppressive medication. You need to have more information about other kidney problem that you have.

High proteinuria: Yes you could. The diseases must come under control. Remission is possible, depending upon what is actual cause. Targeted therapy is needed. High protein indicates a major process. This process can come under control. That much protein itself, though, can damage the nephron tubules, so getting it to be lower and lower is essential.
