Had pre employment chest xray. under impression: no acute pulmunary process. but under findings: crowded lung markings in the bases and interstitial promience of both lungs. do i have a lung disease?

The findings may represent interstitial lung disease. Viral illness is one common cause, but at your age, IPF is less likely. If you have any pulmonary symptoms, please follow up with your physician and have a lung function test including DLCO and 6 minute walk test. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and worsening exercise tolerance. Otherwise, this may be followed for changes.
