Chest x ray impression: probable chronic increased interstitial markings diffusely bilaterally with left lower lung fibrosis versus linear atelectasis what does this even means? have chronic sarcodoisis?

It means you have scarring in your lung, probably from sarcoidosis. It needs to be followed by a Pulmonologist and treated if it appears to be progressing.
