Might be normal: I obviously have to make some assumptions without seeing the films myself. First, I believe that "hyperinflated" was meant instead of hyperinflamed, as it is a more common term. It is used often when lungs appear over expanded.Although it sometimes suggests air trapping seen in asthma, or copd... It tends to be overused...and is often seen in normal people who are able to take a very Deep breath
