Can pulmonary disease process on ekg ever be false? i got one done yesterday and it said that, but my doctor said to not worry about that because it happens sometimes. no lung or breathing issues and x-ray clear?

EKG findings such as P pulmonale or right axis deviation may suggest pulmonary conditions but they are not criteria for the diagnosis of a pulmonary disease. If you have no pulmonary symptom with a normal chest X-ray, there is nothing to concern.
