My ekg last year said sinus rhythm st elev, probable normal early repol pattern on interpretive statements. i took another this year and the interpretive statements just said sinus rhythm. is that good? why doesn't it say what it did last year?

Early repolarization pattern is commonly seen in young adult male, especially in black race so there is nothing to concern. This year EKG shows normal sinus rhythm so you are fine. Take care.
