A member asked:

Ekg read that i had a normal sinus rhythm and incomplete right branch block. it goes on to say no significant change was found from last ekg a year ago. what does that mean and is there any reason for concern?

Incomplete RBBB used to be looked upon as insignificant, but in recent years, incomplete RBBB combined with left axis deviation, is felt to have a propensity to evolve into complete RBBB & complete heart block in some people in tike. However, overall, isolated incomplete RBBB has a very good prognosis.
