I assume pregnancy is not an issue. That is too many months for you to go without a period and not consult a gynecologist. Rather than the other way around, I'm concerned that a pelvic problem related to not having periods is causing bladder pressure, trouble urinating and constipation. The gynecologist will perform a rectopelvic examination & order appropriate tests.

A full rectum can exert pressure on the bladder and give you symptoms of frequency of urination. But it has no affect on periods- which are affected by hormones. Pl see a GYN doc and try exercise, water intake, roughage in diet for constipation. Good luck
