mild pain in left side after the end point of c section scar which was 4 year back. on and off twitching pain since 6 months, regular periods, now also have uti took ciprofloxacin but still burning in urine also have constipation.

See below: I may have addressed your question earlier. For constipation: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
