mild pain in left side after the end point of c section scar which was 4 year back. on and off twitching pain since 6 months, regular periods, now also have uti took ciprofloxacin but still burning in urine also have constipation.

See below: I may have addressed your question earlier. For constipation:
You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.
