Pl see an Ob-Gyn re possible preg. In the meantime take an OTC laxative for constipation and Tylenol for headache.

If you had sex since your last period, you may be pregnant. Do a home pregnancy test. Whether positive or negative, it would be prudent to see a doctor to address the pregnancy if you are pregnant or to find the cause of your symptoms, if you are not pregnant.
