Will it hurt my two year old grandson to drink lots of gatorade?

I consider it a poor source of fluids for toddlers. It has too much sugar and the electrolyte blend made for adults. I consider use in that age group inappropriate. Yes it can lead to problems.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. However, in the short term, during a brief illness, if that is all the child will drink, a doctor may recommend it, but as Dr. Ferguson said, in the longer term, it is not recommended. So the answer also depends on what is meant in your question by "lots of Gatorade." Hope this is helpful!
