I feel like my electrolytes are always unbalanced. i feel like i always need to take a magnesium daily and drink a gatorade or two, otherwise my calfs are aching and my heart rate goes up a lot more than normal. how do i fix this otherwise?

Get your electrolytes measured. And discuss with your Dr. My first guess is that it is a low potassium problem. Go to main.hyperaldosteronism@groups.io to learn more. Any BP issues?

Unbalanced electrolytes cant be 'felt'. Eat a healthy diet, remain well hydrated. If you continue to have these symptoms pl see get examined byyour MD and he/she will order appropriate tests for your symptoms. Good luck
