In my experience, esophageal spasm classically causes severe anterior chest pain&occasionally posterior chest pain and doesn't last 6 hours. In your episode were the pancreatic enzymes elevated? You could have had sludge in the gall bladder or a small stone that was passed. Any fatty food intolerance? No further episodes? If.not, sit tight & observe for digestive symptoms. See surgeon as needed

It is difficult to diagnose in retrospect. Could be from stomach/duodenum/ gallstone sludge esophagus. Good that it passed. Best is to eat right, exercise, drink water and avoid excesses. Wish you good health
