Right upp abdominal gnawing pain below the bra line usually after eating. did a ultrasound, doc mentioned liver has a 1.3cm cyst and gall bladder thickened, no gall stones, and nothing of concern. would that be acid reflux still?

It could. Try an antacid for a few weeks and if not better pl see a GI doc for further evaluation. Hope you feel better
