'Normal variant' is good sign. Any concern will depend on if you have any symptoms, report of previous EKG and clinical exam. So the best person to answer that would be your cardiologist

31/M- Ecgs always show RBBB related changes (especially at fast heart rate). Stress echo done 6 months back normal. In 2016, perfusion + tmt - normal. In 2011 (age-21), angiography normal. Anxiety + chest itichness+ soreness (most of the day).Help?

I'm 22year old female. I had my echo and ecg done due to shortness of breath on exertion and high heart rate. Ecg shows sinus tachycardia(HR 129bpm). Echo are all normal except mild MR, mild TR/mild PAH with RVSP 45mmhg. Is mild PAH causing symptoms?
