Fasting and insomnia do not trigger gout attack and your diet seems not consistent as risk factor for gout. You should see a doctor for the correct diagnosis. If gout is truly present, changing diet alone can prevent the recurrence in mild case. In moderate to severe case, you need medication besides the diet for preventing the recurrence or attack.
