It can be, depending on where the adjustment was done. If the adjustment was made to the back or neck areas, the muscles that connect at the top of your head can be affected, resulting in a headache. Taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen can be helpful as this is a simple tension headache and it should resolve soon. Good luck!
