Chronic neck pain and chronic headaches. have had x-ray on my neck and it was fine also been to physical therapy and an ortho. what should my next move be? is chiropractic a good option. thank you?

Get diagnosis: Next step should be visit to neurologist to evaluate cause of headaches (migraines can indeed be accompanied by neck pain!). Do not find chiropractic to play an effective role with your constellation of symptoms, but talk to neurology about their recommendations. Have found acupuncture to be useful in past.
