You can help your cause through regular exercise that will strengthen you muscles and make them more flexible. Any exercise will do, walking, jogging, biking, treadmill, elliptical etc. Increase the vigor of exercise so that you are sweating by the end of 30 minute exercise. Raising core body temperature through exercise will improve your physical and mental health!
