Why am i experiencing vaginal burning, irritation, pelvic pain. i've had multiple vaginal swabs, endometriosis surgery, ultrasounds, ct scans. i feel like i have a vaginal infection or uti but everything comes back negative. ?

Vulvodynia?: You might have vulvodynia, the term for unexplained vaginal pain, or maybe a resistant yeast infection. Other causes also are possibilities as well, including atrophic vaginitis (if for some reason you have low estrogen levels). Disucss with your gynecologist, e.g. whoever has beenevluating these problems; or ask for referral to a gyn who specializes in vulvar disorders. Good luck.
