Excess estrogen : This is suggestive of an increased estrogen state and maybe be a precursor to endometrial hyperplasia. alternatively it may be a component of a polyp. If you are in hormone supplements or tamoxifen you should consider stopping them.
It warrants follow up with periodic re biopsy yo make sure nothing else is brewing. The good news is they didn't see any tumor.
