Donot worry : Polyps are most of the time benign ,So donot worry ,just keep an eye on your monthly cycle ,if it becomes heavy try to see your obgyn for further treatment and same thing proliferative endometrium is benign too ,So donot worry about the findings ,just focus on your symptoms
