Endometrium: A proliferative pattern is the predominant endometrium seen before ovulation. After ovulation the pattern is typically secretory. You probably haven't ovulated this cycle. Ask your gyn if the pathologist did menstrual dating on the specimen. You may need a higher dose of Clomid (clomiphene) or other assistance with ovulation.
