A member asked:

What does it mean to have a non secretory proliferative endometrium on 20th day after begining of period?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Endometrium: A proliferative pattern is the predominant endometrium seen before ovulation. After ovulation the pattern is typically secretory. You probably haven't ovulated this cycle. Ask your gyn if the pathologist did menstrual dating on the specimen. You may need a higher dose of Clomid (clomiphene) or other assistance with ovulation.
