A member asked:

Does the term prolific fragments of endometrium on a pathology report mean that their was lots of fragments that were tested confused?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need to see whole: report for a meaningful interpretation. Best would be to contact the pathologist who wrote the report. My interpretation is that the pathologist saw fragments of endometrium in the proliferative phase, in contrast to the secretory phase. This would indicate lack of ovulation.
