Probably this isn't serious. Look at the end of the report for "Diagnosis", "Conclusion", etc. And of course discuss with the doctor who ordered the test. Good luck.

You need a clinical evaluation by a Urologist who will decide the next step. Without an exam and additional blood tests management cant be predicted. PL do that. Good luck
