You need a work-up to determine what is wrong. What do your labs show, for example? The lymph nodes do not appear to be the cause of your symptoms since they are only mildly prominent. But, you could have one of them biopsied to be certain-a surgeon could do the biopsy or even an interventional radiologist. If that is negative, your doctor needs to keep looking for the diagnosis. Good luck!

Work up now should now focus on unifying your symptoms and chest imaging as well targeted tests for different possible infections and/or autoimmune conditions for example are typically done as next. Stick with your current team, the ultrasound was non diagnostic.

We would like to know results of blood tests like cbc&diff, mononucleosis test, blood culture, metabolic profile & also a chest xray. My advice is to consult a specialist in infectious diseases so that appropriate testing will be done. Lymphoma & leukemia also need to be ruled out with the appropriate testing. This kind of workup could be accomplished efficiently while in the hospital a few days
