Not likely: Painful lymph nodes is almost never a sign of hodgkins lymphoma, especially without any weight loss or night sweats. However, i agree with dr. Kittaneh, your should definitely get it checked out.

See your doctor: Fatigue, lymph node enlargement and associated pain after drinking alcohol warrant further investigation . Other symptoms like fever , weight loss or night sweats are called b-symptoms and they don't necessarily have to be present. Another classic sign of hidgkin's lymphoma is itchy skin after consuming alcohol. Please dont wait and see a doctor.
