Agree with diagnosis: Sounds like osteoarthritis. Talk to your doctor about knee replacement eventually.

Any history of: Old trauma? Sure sounds arthritic- need orthopedic wk up- even though you've obviously had it already- did you have a cat scan?- bone on bone can require surgery?
