Small bump on forehead from a fall a month ago. will the bump go away on its own in time or does this need a return to doctor visit? it did get smaller over the first week but now its still visible?

These often represent a collection of blood under the scalp next to the skull. These can add calcium & form a bone like bump that can take months to resolve. I would discuss it at a usual visit for any other reason like a checkup. I wouldn't make a special visit for it unless it freaks you out.
