Tiny bumps on skin: Without any other signs like fever,itching, redness can. E milia, clogged pres or Keratosis Polaris. This condition is caused by collection of dead skin cells around hair follicles. If you use an exfoliation system on the face regularly these may disappear, leaving the skin free of dead epithelial cells. An astringent applied to skin after exfoliation preventive of such bumps..
