Go 2 ER/urgent care: If a person is feeling cloudy headed after a head injury that is indication to be medically evaluated immediately. There can be a brain injury that needs immediate attention. It may not be very serious but you should not take chances . Sometimes the anxiety is useful ,if it makes you get the care that you need.

Concussion: You are a caring person! It is not clear who is Alec and his age. Due to feeling cloudy headed, please take him to Emergency room, provide detailed information about “hitting his head”, confusion and other observations to the Physician for Diagnosis; have consultation with a Neurologist and follow their recommendations.
