So, my surgeon didnt say, i just got the chlorhexidine rinse to use for after my wisdom teeth extracal do i just need todo this rinse or do i need to pair it with a salt water rinse as well 3-4 times a day and the other one twice a day? thanks?

Normally I advise against any rinsing to help prevent a dry socket, but your surgeon may have a different way of approaching post op care. I suggest you contact them for further guidance.
