Don't worry: Gradually the extraction site will fill back in. If you are even the least bit concerned, however, see the General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon that removed the teeth. It's all part of your post-surgical care.

Yes: You should start rinsing with warm salt water 24 hours after the surgery and continue until you see your oral surgeon for follow up.
