Right tonsil a good bit bigger than the other. throat was hurting first week until i got put on cefidir for 2 weeks. tonsil still bigger than the other so i got put on clindamycin. could it be tonsil cancer? two urgent cares have said they doubt it?

Likely not. However, you have already been told that. The risk factors for tonsilar cancer are smoking, drinking alcohol and being infected with HPV (humanpapilloma virus). If you have no risk factors, then that is further reassurance for you.

4 weeks ago I had strep throat- put on amoxicillin. -forgot last 2 days of meds while on vacay- sore throat come back- just finishing Clindamycin and noticing theres dark red/brown?? lines/veins on my tonsils. Felt good until I finished meds x2-help?
Strep test was neg but doc said tonsils had white spots so he prescribed cefdinir. Im on day 3 and throat is still as bad if not worse. Any advice?
